Amiscience Corporation introduces a low cost cyanobacteria fluorometer kit for fast and direct measurements of Phycocyanin, Chlorophyll, and the ratio between the two in a single read out, all with a single sample and one touch of the screen. Useful for tracking dynamic changes in phytoplankton communities within a waterbody and assisting in the forecasting of potential harmful algal or cyanobacterial blooms, it is currently being used by the Cyanobacteria Monitoring Collaborative as a low cost tool for lake associations, drinking water utilities, local, and state and federal entities to monitor real time water quality conditions.

Amiscience introduces FluoroQuik Thermal (TM), a new family of handheld fluorometers with integrated thermal heater. This is a first-of-its-kind product on the market utilizing an internal heater to control the temperature of the sample-holder chamber, keeping the kinetic reaction of the sample at a constant temperature. It is an extremely useful field tool when conducting temperature-sensitive measurement such as enyzmatic activities.

Amiscience Corporation introduces a line of low cost handheld fluorometer for water-tracing industry and applications. Three models are designed to detect PTSA, Fluorescein, and Rhodamine WT common water tracing dyes with a detection limit of 1-ppb. This is an important tool for environmental protection and water industries. Amiscience also offers duel-channel system that combines any two of the three dye targets.
